Advertising and marketing

If you explicitly consent to advertising and marketing cookies, we load Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Meta Pixel helps us measure website visits, understand advertising performance and optimise campaigns.

Meta Pixel may set identifiers including _fbp and _fbc. It does not load and no PageView event is sent unless you accept advertising and marketing cookies.

Customer support chat

If you consent to customer support chat, we load the Chatwoot website widget so you can contact XenGuard through live chat. Chatwoot may use browser storage to provide and remember your conversation. If chat consent is not enabled, a lightweight XenGuard “Chat with us” button remains available without loading Chatwoot or setting Chatwoot cookies. Clicking that button is an explicit request to enable customer support chat only; it does not enable advertising or analytics technologies.

Changing your choice

Use the Cookie settings button displayed on the website to review, change or withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing advertising consent stops further Meta Pixel tracking and removes the Meta cookies that this website can access. Withdrawing chat consent removes the Chatwoot widget from the page.
