Clear pricing, confirmed before treatment
The treatment charge is added to the initial callout fee. Your complete price is confirmed after the hedge has been measured and before treatment proceeds.

We inspect and prepare the hedging, measure the treatment area and confirm the price with you before treatment proceeds.

Prepare the hedging by removing accessible caterpillar webbing.

Follow-up treatments
Ongoing protection for your box hedging
An initial repeat treatment is normally recommended approximately 10 days after the first visit. Monthly treatments may then be recommended where appropriate.
- Every repeat visit is charged separately at £1.50 per m².
- The £25 callout fee is not repeated.
- Treatment frequency may be adjusted according to hedge condition, caterpillar activity, season and the applicable treatment instructions.
Treatment helps prevent further caterpillar feeding and gives the hedge an opportunity to recover and produce healthy new growth. It does not directly repair damaged leaves or guarantee complete recovery.
